Great product, easy to assemble. The quality is great overall, but the only cons is the locking mechanism, not so good. You have to move the lock very slowly (I say slowly) and wait for the sound of the click, so you know it's lock. Sometimes it gets stuck, and you cannot open it. I’m a short woman and I was able to carry and assemble this all by myself! Instructions (which are inside the mirror) are just pictures but they were simple to understand. The closet needs to air out as it kinda stinks with the manufacturing chemicals, but the storage is perfect for small items that could get lost. The mirror itself is a little narrow so you’d need to take a couple steps back to see your whole frame, but I use this to apply makeup close to the mirror because of my poor eyesight and not have to lean over like with a dresser or bathroom mirror. The cabinet itself is exactly what I needed. It came quick and was easy to assemble. What I really want to talk about is the amazing customer service. The cabinet initially arrived with a small interior support bar broken. It looks like something caused a stress fracture in it. When I reached out to the seller, I had requested a replacement bar. I sent them an email showing which one I needed. I didn't want to have to pack the unit back up and mess with trying to return it. I had even considered just repairing it myself, but it is a weight bearing bar and just gluing it wouldn't work. The seller promptly offered to send me a new one if I wanted and didn't require the old one back. I was absolutely shocked. I thanked them for the offer and accepted. They told me it would be 48 hours for the order to process and possibly 5 days for shipping. The replacement arrived today, about 48 hours after our first email. Awesome sellers and the product is exactly what I wanted. Would highly recommend this cabinet and this seller. ... show more
