I like the cup/phone holder too - it's a good add on even if cheap plastic. Now I have a place for drinks and electronics rather than on the deck. I received my 2 chairs in a timely manner, they were as described, sturdy and comfortable. A few days after receiving the chairs, one of them was malfunctioning to where the seat wouldn't go to flat position so that you could get out of it. My daughter in law was sitting on it with the baby and when she went to get up it folded up on them leaving them stuck, my son had to get them out. I reached out to the company, they responded quickly, they were apologetic and immediately offered either a full refund or a replacement. I really liked the chairs and wanted to give them a chance to correct it so I opted for a replacement. They told me not to return the malfunctioning chair and that they would be sending 2 new ones. Got them in a timely manner and they work great!! Very pleased with my purchase and the customer service that I received

Chairs live up to the high customer satisfaction reviews. Great price. Nice quality. Love can get them in brown for the desert yard. Great to have the neck pillow attached. I didn’t notice when I ordered them that a side tray came with each chair. They’re great. My husband is left handed so his chair and mine can have tables on the best side for each of us. The chairs are heavy enough they won’t blow away. They’re bulky for taking somewhere but perfect for the yard. Highly recommend.

I have a similar chair at our cabin, and decided I wanted one at the house, too. The pair was too good a deal to pass up. Mostly comparing with the other chair I have, these are slightly lower to the ground when upright, which is nice for me, because I'm short and my feet can touch the ground if I'm sitting upright. It's also MUCH easier to recline and sit back up than the other chair. I LOVE the drink holders. I'm not sure what other reviewers are doing, but I just set them on the frame, and they're perfectly secure. No tipping, nothing falls out. It's especially nice that there's a spot for my Kindle and my phone. The width is normal. Again, I'm not sure what other reviewers are expecting, but from some of the reviews, I was a little worried that the chairs would be especially narrow. They aren't. Likewise, I don't feel the support poles underneath while sitting. Maybe over time that will become an issue, but that would be the case with any chair with this type of design. I liked the variety of colors available, and had a little trouble picking just one. It would have been nice to be able to get two different colors. But the color I chose is vibrant, and looks very much like it does on the website. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase.

The chairs are heavy duty and super comfortable. The lime green color is fabulous on a plain deck or patio. I looked at chairs in the big box stores and one chair was almost as much as this pair. Great value!

I have purchased several pairs of Zero Gravity Lounge Chairs from Amazon over the years. No matter one brand I buy at this price point after a year of sun, wind, rain on the coast they need to be tossed. This price point tends to unravel, fade, rust and generally break down over time. I know I could spend more money but I have a feeling being by the ocean even a more expensive brand would do the same. I wait for a business to sell them under a hundred dollars and purchase them at that time. This set arrived on time, are made well and are new and look great.

I usually buy a pair every year or two and this year opted for these - liked the color and price. They will hopefully last me the summer, but you can tell the quality is compromised. I suggest spending the extra $10 or $20 and get the good metal version of these. I threw away the pillows on these...they are not adjustable like the others and the foam is icky and one was already ripped when it arrived. Locking know isn't very sturdy either. Next summer or if these break, I'll go looking for better quality. These will do in a pinch.
