The bolts and tools were not sealed in a bag and were loose inside box. The tape on the box was dropped during shipping, and the loose parts fell out. We were missing a couple parts: bolts and the wrench.

The hardware to assemble the cart is silver. We put it together then took it apart and painted the hardware black. Would suggest painting it before the assembly.
