This car doesn’t function the front wheels dont turn at all and u have to keep locking the tire into the axel! For $100 this is a complete rip off! I also i got rid of the box it was trash day and to big to return ! noone to directly contact about a refund or a free return box ! This company need to make it right! Half money back or replace it ! There are cheaper models that function a lot better! Plus imagine having a toddler keep looking at a toy they cant play with !

Great product we did have a little issues but their customer service was outstanding and really tried and helped us and answered out questions and tried to find the best solution. Perfect for kids under 45 lbs. slow to start. Parent remote is tricky with two identical cars (we have twins) easy to charge. Like turns green when done. Not very fast moving so perfect for new drivers.

Set it all up and charged it for 12hours as instructed and did not move an inch once powered on. I messaged the seller and they responded very quickly and apologized for the inconvenience and sent out a new one right away.

I wanted to like this for the price point but I do not.. (Purchased for a 1-yr old so we could strap him in and us do the driving)... Assembly not really too difficult but this thing has almost no turning radius specially in the right direction, It has very little power and will get stuck easily.. It works great for a small child in a big flat smooth area such as a parking lot etc. and almost useless in any type of grass or outdoors.. I wish I would have spent the extra few dollars and got a 12 volt model.. (YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED) I was too and thought it would be ok but it's not Sorry..
