The reindeer arrived quickly and they look great. There is an enormous amount of glitter that is loose in the box, so my husband, upon finding this out the hard way, immediately took the opened box to the garage to assemble the deer. He reported some minor difficulties putting them together, like some parts not matching up exactly, but it wasn't a real proble and he had them put together in about 30 minutes. The red bows look nice. After placing them in the yard and plugging them in, he looked like a very happy, glittery guy. I called him the Sugar Plum Fairy. He shook the glitter off his jacket without a problem, and swept up the glitter. Just don't wear a sweater. I'd buy these again.

When it arrived I wondered how it could be as tall as described. When I opened it it was all packaged nicely and was very easy to put together. I didn’t need the directions. I’m not sure why people complain about the glitter it really is not that big of a problem. These are a beautiful addition to my Christmas display. They are a great product. When you use the stakes in each leg of each deer they are very secure. I also used bigger zip ties and zip tied each leg on also for extra stability. They look amazing!!!

TOTAL PIECE OF JUNK DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! Look i put this kind of stuff together all the time between my wife for x mas and myself for halloween we have literally hundreds of decorations. And prob at least 30-40 that need put together. This piece of junk doesnt line up at all. You have to manipulate everything. Step 1. Throw away the directions. They dont do anything. Step 2. Buy your own zip ties theirs aren't long enough. Step 3. Dont worry about the holes and post or b confused when it doesnt fit and thinking you are doing something wrong. Cause it doesn't fit you have to bend every post so that your deer don't look bow legged. Also there is no stake points or tie points anywhere on the deer. So what's this tell you assembly and dis assembly you are going to tear out of the flocking where it will b total garbage in a year or two. I would have given 0 stars and returned but it was to late to do so and im guessing a lot of these are manufactured the same way. Piece of total junk.

First of all, I purchased this lit deer set because from what the picture shows, it looks really nice. I'd seen other reviews about how much glitter there is and how much of a mess it will make. They're not lying. I didn't think it would make that much of a mess, but it did. Personally, the glitter is not needed on these deer; thats why they're lit. The glitter really does nothing except make a mess. The red bows that come with the deer look cheap. I threw those away. One of the back leg on the buck does not fit properly; even after switching sides, it does not touch the ground. As far as putting the deer together, why would anyone want to use zip ties to hold the head to the body together? That's just CHEAP!!! The pieces should have been made to "snap" in place. These are basically a male to female set up. All in all, if I had known then what I know now, I would have paid a little more and got something that is much better made. If you're going to purchase yard ornaments for CHRISTmas like these, spend a little more and get something that will last.

Works great. Now on year two of these and still work and look great. Setup and takedown is easy. All bulbs still working after 2 Christmas seasons of use. Fold flat for easy storage.
