This sink arrived well-packaged in a wooden box and all parts were protected. The sound-deadening material on the 16g is substantial and it appears to be very well-made. It comes with numerous accessories which was part of the deciding factor between this one and another similar sized sink. This one costs a little more, but you get the basket strainers, stainless drain covers, stainless drying rack and protector grid. Love this sink. It’s gorgeous. It looks great and is DEEP so there is plenty of room to work and wash. The stainless steel is high quality and built to last. High quality. My only complaint is that we had to cut the drywall and move the plumbing because it’s so deep. This sink is just what I was looking for. It is a perfect match for the Black Stainless Steel appliances. Cleans up easily and is a great depth. I replaced a cast iron double sink with this and am surprised to find out that I prefer the single sink because it allows me to fit my big pans and trays in for cleaning.
