  • Excellent and versatile camera bag for the price
Color: Grey
I've had this camera bag for a year-and-a-half now, and love it. Especially considering the price. Perfect compromise between size/usability and portability/compactness. For example, will carry: Nikon Z9 or D850 and 500mm lens with the lens hood + 1-2 small lenses and/or other camera body + non-huge laptop (easily fits my ThinkPad Carbon X1 + Kindle Fire (w/ case) + misc crap AND it easily fits in any overhead compartment or under seat of even small commercial jets. Backpack straps are padded and surprisingly comfortable. Bonus points for things like the tripod side pouch/strap - yes, it works just fine for carrying a normal/collapsible tripod. ... In terms of durability, I'm using it for travel and to/from shooting locations, not for lugging around in the field - for the former, it has held up 100% fine. ... On the 'cons' side: would prefer metal instead of plastic zippers, and the interior compartment dividers + hook/loop fastener system is not super robust. Still, it works just fine. .... You read mixed reviews about camera bags that cost hundreds of dollars. Is this one perfect? Absolutely not. But for what it costs, this bag is excellent - overall, love it! I'm thinking about buying another one just to have on hand in case they stop selling them. ... show more

  • Camera Bag works great!
Color: Grey
I just purchased this camera bag. I wanted something I could customize for my camera gear. I have a home studio, but also am now using GoPro's and Virb's for action camera video in an airplane. I wanted something to carry the aircraft video gear, bracketts, suction cups and other items. It would be nice if it were slightly larger, but if it were larger, I'm sure I would put more stuff in it and want it to be larger than that! This was a great purchase. I only gave 4 starts for the material and durability and I have only transported it a few times. I have heard what sounds like velcro or stitches breaking, but I believe after using it for a short time that it is the area on the side that I put my tripod on the bag. I think the noise I hear is the velcro from the tripod holder area. I am very happy at this time with this purchase and would highly recommend it to others. ... show more

  • Time will Tell: 4.5 stars to start, based on initial inspection of build quality.
Color: Grey
I recently ordered this bag after much inner deliberation and hours of reading reviews on the plethora of nearly identical camera backpacks available on Amazon. I conducted my research on and off over the span of a couple months, returning every other week or so and getting a fresh perspective on what I was reading. I don't exactly know why, but every time this Beschoi bag stood out to me among the sea of similar products. Eventually I took that jump and just ordered the darn thing, hoping the wisdom of my choice would match the amount of time and effort I put into reading about it. So far, so good. The bag shipped and arrived quickly (and free) with my Amazon Prime, and immediately upon opening I felt pretty confident that I'd made a good choice. I wore out my old camera backpack after just three years, so I am hoping for a little more longevity out of this one. But only time will determine that, which is the only reason I gave it 4.5 stars rather than 5... it hasn't been tested over the long haul. That durability will be the key factor in determining where it ultimately stands against the competitors because there is very little difference in the "features" of all the various camera bags -- they are all brimming with zippers, pouches, and pockets galore. So, unless this one also makes toast and I just haven't yet found that button, I'll have to call the features of this bag and all its competitors a thousand-way tie. What will eventually set this bag -- any bag really -- apart from the competition will quite simply be how well it's built...How long before the zippers wear out or the tabs break off? How long will the carrying handle and the shoulder straps remain taut? How long can it take the bumps, bangs, squeezes, and squishes of working in the field before the structure begins to fail and makes it feel more like you're carrying around a big bowl of jello rather than a sturdy, portable cabinet? If I get more than 3 years out of it before it turns into a quivering gelatinous mass (and judging from my personal observations I have no reason to believe it won't), I'll consider this a wise purchase on my part and a superior product crafted by Beschoi. Until then, I will stand staunchly behind my 4.5 star initial review based on my confident expectations. If someone reminds me in three years, I might even come back in 2021 and give you the final verdict on this. If you can't wait that long to make a purchase, just go ahead and order this one with a fair amount of confidence that I'm not an idiot and I know a good bag when I see one. ... show more

  • Very Impressed
Color: Grey
Well, I didn't think it would replace my Amazon basics back pack because I just love that bag. I bought a Canon back pack that ripped in about a year and I must say, I am not easy on my pack packs, so I replaced it with the Amazon basics and it's been about 3 years and no trouble. I have acquired a lot of gear and though, well, I'd get a second bag. I saw this and decided to give it a try. It's every bit a good as the Amazon bag but doesn't have all the pockets I'd like but it sure is rugged. I't fits more stuff then I thought even without all the pockets. I carry a Canon 80D with a battery grip and and "L" bracket on the camera, 70-200 lens 24-70 lens, a flash, a flash trigger and a receiver, 11 batteries for my camera in the top pouch, my lens cleaning gear in the top pouch, and some other small stuff. I do have to take the lens off the camera to fit everything in place...but..I am amazed. And now, my Amazon basics bag sits aside and wonders.....Why I haven't needed it anymore.....Poor thing..... ... show more

  • Amazing camera backpack, best for the money
Color: Grey
I have own the Beschoi camera backpack for 3 years, this is my goto bag. This thing has been used, abused, used in extreme heat, extreme cold and it just keeps on going as new!! I carry: - DSLR - 100-400 Lens - 70-200 Lens - 85mm Lens - Misc filters, xtra batteries, cleaning clothes, dust blower, xtra memory ... wow! ONLY NOTE: The dividing panels are not 'that" strong, they will bend and collapse eventually; I suggest getting some stiffer ones as added protection. I haven't had to do it, but they are about to give up. BEST backpack for the money! ... show more
