    • Good machine but no So Fontsy cards
I selected this machine over a different one for the So Fontsy cards and the option to choose some designs. The seller said they were discontinued but did replace them with USB's of other designs. I was a bit disappointed since they were not all designs I would have selected. I have used this machine for a month and am pleased with my purchase. I find it easy to use. I have a downloaded manual and help options on the machine itself. The thread colors they show in the ad are primary colors. I received neon colors of orange, green and pink. I will use them at some point I believe, just not what I was expecting. I did not find a lot of you tube videos for this machine. I noticed when looking for a you tube video that a local dealer was giving away a free version of Embrilliance software with the machine. In hindsight, since this will need to be serviced and the price was about the same, I will consider local next time. I went with Amazon for the convenience of receiving it in a matter of days instead of weeks. This was my first big item purchase through Amazon and I am giving this 4 stars overall because of the discontinued So Fontsy cards even though I received replacements. ... show more
