My 4 yr old has used the unicorn Bentgo lunch bag for about 4 months now and the inside corners have tears. I noticed the bag had a 2 year warranty so I called the Bentgo customer service about the issue and the representative was very nice and told me to send my information over to them in an email and they'll send me a new bag. About the lunch bag, my daughter likes the carrying strap but sometimes she likes to remove it and just carry the lunch bag using the padded handle. I like the size of the bag. Inside, the bag can fit the matching Bentgo kids stainless steel unicorn lunch box AND a small kids thermos food jar. I like that there's an exterior mesh pocket to hold a water bottle. Also, the buckle handle is convenient because I can attach the bag to the backpack. Something I don't like about the lunch bag is that it is difficult to clean the outside fabric so it looks dirty. Good thing is the inside is super easy to clean.

I love this product and plan to buy in the future. It's a nice durable quality lunch bag. Lots of compartments for beverages and snacks. I love the green color and rainbows. I bought the matching bento box and my daughter loves it. She's 10 and it's not too childish, just right for her. You definitely get your money worth.

We paired this with the bentgo chill for my kindergartner and it works great. There's room for his lunch and 2-3 snacks, plus a water bottle on the side. We don't use the extra compartments much, but they're a nice bonus. I appreciate the dual straps so he can carry it over his shoulder on the days when his backpack is overwise full. It's durable and easy to wipe clean. Also easy for him to open and close without help. Highly recommend.

Because we have a few Bentgo boxes, I decided to get my 2nd grader a lunchbag from the brand. She picked the mint shade with puppies. She's used it every school day for 3½ months and it's holding up well, aside from some dark discoloration. The outside material is fabric, not that typical lunch box material, so it isn't easy to just wipe it clean. Plus, we got a light shade, so it shows more. My kiddo prefers to use the shoulder strap, but it can also hook onto a backpack using the handle. (The handle and strap clips are very easy for a child to use). The lunch bag is big; it can hold a lot. The mesh drink pocket has a toggle for loosening and tightening. Even with larger water bottles, it's held up. (Other reviews had me worried it may rip). The two zipper pockets are a decent size. I use the outside pocket for ice packs and the inside pocket for napkins, wipes, utensils, etc. The main compartment is easy to wipe clean and hasn't shown any wear. It's thick, so if I ever forget the ice pack, her food is still cool. So far we like it and recommend it. I'll update if that changes.
