I would like if it was a bit I guess deeper when I have the bento box and use a hot Themos there is little room left for xtra . I will say Bentgo customer support is amazing and responsive. I wish more companies were like this! I purchase a lunch box back In June 2022 and unfortunately the liner ripped at the corner . I reached out to Bentgo and they sent a replacement no questions ask witching 24 hours of my initial email! They even changed the print since my little one loves Dinos

First of all the lunchbox is super cute. Unfortunately, one of the straps broke the second day my son took it to daycare. I contacted bentgo directly and after sending them a picture of the broken strap, they immediately sent out a replacement! I couldn’t be happier. This lunch bag is great super durable for my 4yr that takes it to school. I was able to use the previous bento containers that I had from a previous lunch box and this was the perfect fit! My son loved the design so it was a win win. Easy to clean and easy for him to open with the dual zippers. Overall this momma is pleased.

I bought the bags for daycare for our toddlers. The lunch boxes fit inside with enough room for a drink. I like the pocket inside of the lid that can be used for napkins, utensils, etc.. The bag can be carried by the handle or shoulder straps.

My 4 yr old has used the unicorn Bentgo lunch bag for about 4 months now and the inside corners have tears. I noticed the bag had a 2 year warranty so I called the Bentgo customer service about the issue and the representative was very nice and told me to send my information over to them in an email and they'll send me a new bag. About the lunch bag, my daughter likes the carrying strap but sometimes she likes to remove it and just carry the lunch bag using the padded handle. I like the size of the bag. Inside, the bag can fit the matching Bentgo kids stainless steel unicorn lunch box AND a small kids thermos food jar. I like that there's an exterior mesh pocket to hold a water bottle. Also, the buckle handle is convenient because I can attach the bag to the backpack. Something I don't like about the lunch bag is that it is difficult to clean the outside fabric so it looks dirty. Good thing is the inside is super easy to clean.

I love this product and plan to buy in the future. It's a nice durable quality lunch bag. Lots of compartments for beverages and snacks. I love the green color and rainbows. I bought the matching bento box and my daughter loves it. She's 10 and it's not too childish, just right for her. You definitely get your money worth.

We paired this with the bentgo chill for my kindergartner and it works great. There's room for his lunch and 2-3 snacks, plus a water bottle on the side. We don't use the extra compartments much, but they're a nice bonus. I appreciate the dual straps so he can carry it over his shoulder on the days when his backpack is overwise full. It's durable and easy to wipe clean. Also easy for him to open and close without help. Highly recommend.
