Used everyday for almost a week and only hand washed, but the design is already chipping and scratching off. The functionality is great though. It holds enough food for a kids lunch. The lid seems sturdy enough that it will stay closed, and my little kid can open it just fine.

My son is in Kindergarten this year (almost 6) and is obsessed with Minecraft. We have a couple Minecraft lunch bags that are square, so he needed a smaller lunch box to fit inside. This one is perfect! He’s autistic and sometimes struggles with opening containers, so we had to practice with this one a lot. My only issue is the tabs to open it. They’re really tight when you first get it! Make sure to practice opening and closing it at home before sending it to school. He usually takes the entire lid off and eats out of it like a divided plate. The sections are actually pretty big and hold a lot of food (way more space than a Bentgo box). They’re deep! It’s not the nicest quality or easiest lunch box he has, but the design is cool! It has a transparent lid. Super easy to clean. I have a feeling the little tabs will get too loose at some point and no longer latch, but we’ll cross that bridge when it comes. If your kiddo has dexterity issues, I’d avoid this box and get something with an easier latch design. ... show more

I got this for my 8yr old who loves Minecraft for him to bring snacks to school and on road trips. He loves that it has big enough compartments to fit a sandwich and his goldfish crackers and whatever else he wants to take with him for the day It's very sturdy and easy to clean. The lid is strong enough to stay shut when needed but still easy for my 3yr old also be able to open it.
