It has enough space to keep lunch for 2 people, or one stuffy lunch. Seals are great and space is efficient enough. Have not tested 100% leak proof test with soap or water but its decent enough. Key thing is to NEVER leave the LID in the microwave when warming food.

I wanted to love these due to the size, being well made, great price, however after only using for less than a month, one lid does not snap on fully anymore and one container with lid actually leaks, I contacted company so I hope to hear from them soon.

It hold my complete lunch which always include a main meat item like (burger/sandwich/Lasagna/Steak etc), a small side salad (I make from scratch) and a vegetable like corn or mixed steamed vegetables etc. It have kept my food warm throughout the day & I love how stylish & professional it look! This thing is so heavy. I bought this to take to work but this is absolutely too heavy. I can only imagine how it's would be with food in it. I have one thats a little smaller than this and it's not that heavy. It seals up nice though and comes as advertised.
