I wanted a big size bowl to bring salads to work and after a lot of research I found the one that matches all *my* requirements. 1. I didn’t want plastic and I wanted something that I could see the salad. The transparent glass is thick (not to fragile) enough to keep it cold all morning. 2. Size - I wanted something that could fit the entire salad package and this not only does the work, but also has the extra condiment tray in addition to fit the salad bag! Other ones I bought was always too small 4. Easy to clean - I like to just dump in the dishwasher at the end of the day so it’s clean in the morning. This is dishwasher safe. Plus: it’s great for food storage! When I don’t use for to-go salad, it serves as an extra glass tupperware. So far never licked Ps: I haven’t used to take hot foods yet so not sure how long it holds the temp. :) Hope that helps!

I love the cleanliness of the glass. My salads are always fresh and chilled , the container never leaks. Under the snap top lid there is a tray. I put the things I want to add to the salad right before I eat it in the tray. Parmigiana, lupini beans, tuna, diced eggs. There’s also a small dressing container in the middle of the tray. The silicon seal in the snap right lid never leaks liquid or odors. Perfect salad container for lunch.

1/27/23 This bowl is the perfect size for salads and the top compartment is especially nice for the ingredients that you don't want to mix in the salad until you are ready to eat it. With saying that, there was 1 con. The lid is plastic and has snaps on on either side of the glass bowl. On one side, the plastic broke and the cover no longer sealed properly. I was bummed!! I reached out to customer service asking if they sold replacement lids. To my disappointment they do not. However, it was under warranty and Kathleen from Bentgo support will be sending me a new replacement. Great bowl and Customer Service. I will be buying more products in the future.

This is the perfect lunch container. It is leak proof and the tray allows for easy separation of food items and salad toppings. You can carry leftovers, salads or soups in this bowl with ease. As great as the bowl is, Bentgo's customer service is even better. I had an issue with one of the latches on my lid and I reached out to Bentgo regarding it. Bentgo's customer service responded quickly to my issue and had a replacement shipped to me right away. I will certainly purchase other Bentgo products knowing that they have great support if there is an issue.

I really love this salad kit. You can fit a lot of ingredients in there. The dressing cup has never leaked. I love that it has it's own fork. I love that it is glass. Beware though... if you have cast iron sinks, the sink will win. It is not a defect of the product... just the nature of glass. I've managed to break both of the handle parts off of mine where the lid connects. I am going to order another one in the other style so I don't have to worry about breaking the glass.

The salad bowl is large and works well. I wouldn’t use it for soup, but for anything with small amounts of liquid we have had no issues with leaks. We did have one of the latches break off the lid. Contacted customer service and they sent us an entirely new container free of charge within a couple days.

I have owned 3 of these containers for almost two years (for me and my children). We have not needed any other container to pack our lunches. It holds soups, salads, sandwiches, snacks…. I love that since it’s glass, it can go straight into the microwave without worrying about plastics or anything weird going into our food. We use it all the time and it works great! Excellent product, perfect size and it looks beautiful! No damage on any of the three we own.
