But I have to say, the ring's functions are really great; it monitors sleep, heart rate, and blood oxygen, it's comfortable to wear, and it's very affordable. The sizing issue was just my fault; the product itself is really useful. It charges quickly and lasts for 5 days; the app displays the battery level. My heart rate is a bit fast, and I used to use a blood pressure monitor to check it, but this ring is so convenient.

Unfortunately the cost verifies the product. Very inexpensive compared to other rings, but it doesn't track my sleep (shows about 45 mins to 1 hr 20 minutes of sleep per night, not deep sleep either) steps are consistently off from anywhere between 2-3k compared to my Samsung watch..was hoping i could replace my watch with the ring.When doing activities, but with how inaccurate it is, it makes it basically unusable unfortunately. Bought 2, for the wife and I, inhave Samsung, she has Apple, and both rings are similar compared to our watches If you don't have a smartwatch, you might think this is pretty accurate
