This kiln paper releases toxic fumes into the air when heated in the kiln that leaks through the microwave into the air. It burns the eyes and throat! Not the best kiln paper, there are others out there that are much better at the same or comparable price points. I tried it in a microwave kiln, no high heat firings. This paper often had to be washed off and every glass piece needed to be filed, it left the edges very sharp. The glass didn't stick to the kiln paper so it did perform the basic task of kiln paper. Each sheet needed to be trimmed to fit inside the small microwave kiln, which wasn't a big deal as I could use one sheet for multiple firings. But, I will purchase a thinner paper in the future. ... show more

When I had to fire a piece at 1500 degrees the paper stuck to the glass. It literally bonded to the glass, ruined my project and the glass. I would not recommend this paper for anything that requires multiple or high temp firing
