Great sized mirror with 2 sides, one magnified and one normal view. Was very easy to install, as I had a previous one of another type. The previous one lasted for years, but couldnt figure out how to replace the lighting. I like this one better as it is larger and has the magnification side. The lighting is bright like daylight. Am very happy with this purchase. Hope it lasts as long as my previous one. IF it does I would give more than 5 stars, but we wont know this for sometime, I hope. Very easy to install, high quality, cord is very strong. I'd like to give another 1/2 star (4.5) but not an option. Only slight complaint is I wish the light was a little brighter but overall this is a great product and I'd not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

This mirror is great! Love how it has 3 different lighting colors and you can dim the light easily if it is a bit too bright for what you are using it for. The 10x magnification allows you to see how badly you need to go to an esthetician. That appointment will be scheduled soon thanks to this mirror. It is smooth while gliding the mirror to different positions and secures tightly to the wall with easy installation. The only thing I was wanting from this mirror that it did not have was the color.....wanted oil rubbed bronze and they don't make it. I did purchase in black and although the rest of my bathroom is done in ORB, the black blends well enough and does not look hideous. Have used every day for 2 weeks and so far, excellent! ... show more

I bought this because the light on our 7" battery-powered LED mirror (which looks nearly identical but is smaller) was too dim. In that regard, this unit works well...the AC powered LED light is much brighter. In every other way, this is inferior. This unit is fairly large (both the mirror and the arms) and this results in too much stress & flex on the wall mounting. If properly mounted it won't come off, but it doesn't have the feel of quality when it visibly flexes. When I tired to tighten the 2 thumb screws that fasten the unit to the base plate, the stud stripped out the flimsy metal of the base plate (it's far too thin for this application) resulting in one side of the mount that can now never be fully tightened. The standard magnification side of the mirror is perfectly fine. The 10X side is absolutely terrible. It's like a funhouse mirror with visible warpage of the surface immediately evident. It makes it almost unusable. You can't use 2 eyes to focus because the mirror is so warped..and using one eye you can find one small spot near the edge by the light where you can focus. This thing should be priced closer to $20. Nobody would be proud to put this thing in their guest bathroom unless they wanted to use it as a hilarious conversation starter. ... show more
