When it sync with my daily activity, the calories that I have to watch becomes more precise. I feel like I finally have some control over being fit with reliable data. I share the device with all my family. We all have different focuses. I care more about orchestrating my calories intake and activity level based on BMR, but my husband has to watch more of his belly fat which has been threatening his underlying health conditions. My son focuses to stay fit with less fat and more muscle mass. So it's been popularly used in my household so far.

Super easy to use. BUT, if you are wanting to know your body fat %, you won't get that info. ALL it measure is your ABDOMINAL fat. Then gives you a number that doesn't correlate with your ACTUAL body fat. I'm about 30% body fat according to my Withings Scale. The Bello tells me that my score is 67.5% fat. WHAT? I purchased it because I wanted something I could travel with. Don't waste your money.

This product is super easy to use, compact and portable. With the accurate measurement of the body fat rate, I'm now able to keep track of it, and it helps me guide myself to better diet. Sure it's not fun to look at how much fat you have in you, but it sort of gave me a wake up call and got me to act for my better health. I highly recommend it!

The Bello device has been a great way to measure how my body fat changes day to day. It was quick to set up and very simple to use. I have been using it for a couple weeks and the battery is still fully charged. I really like the feature for setting a reminder notification. On busy nights this helps me not forget to take my measurements! I also found some really good meal prep inspiration through the app. My only problem was that when I first tried to use it and it was charging, it wouldn’t turn on! I was confused why it wouldn’t turn on while plugged in, however after it was charged it worked perfectly. I plan to keep using it-overall a good purchase.

I recently purchased the Bello product and I am so impressed with the product so far. The ease of setup was great, and the size of the product is great. I am very fitness motivated so to be able to carry this device with me, and use the app so easily on my phone is great. I am truly impressed with the product so far! The app is also great because of all the recommendations on exercise and food to eat it gives you based on the goals you have. I highly recommend Bello to those who are interested in working on their fitness and crush their goals!

Pros Nicely made and boxed. However, its beauty is only skin-deep (see cons) Cons The description on Amazon mentions connecting to a Smartphone via Bluetooth, which would not be a problem for us. BUT, we just finished reading the pages-long Privacy Policy and Terms of Service on the Bello website, which we would be agreeing to, if we choose to use the device. Plan We will return the device and continue instead with our biometric impedance device, as it provides us results that our reasonably similar to what we get with calipers. Neither of those asks for the moon and the stars above in return for using them, i.e., neither requests us to go online, with all that entails, including revealing our location, sharing our personal information, allowing tracking of our searches, etc.

As someone reached to a certain BMI and want to find a new goal, this tool's existence is a bless. However, not very useful after 2 month of logging data. Pro: -Good industrial design -Comfortable material choice -Long battery life Con: -UI: app bluetooth connection is slow -UI: lack of last 30 day view and all data view -Device: inconsistent measuring Result: -Return and look for a tape measure, maybe will learn to use body fat clamp in the future.

I purchased this device through the company. After receiving and never using, I realized this was not the type of device that I was looking for. I attempted to return this and the company told me It did not qualify to be returned. Completely disappointing as It is a very expensive product foe what little it does. I’m warning you now, don’t purchase this unless you’re completely sure. Or you’ll be stuck with a useless expensive product. BUYER BEWARE!
