I have had this helmet for 5 years, I have purchased several other much more expensive helmets and sold them because I didn't like them (Shoei, LS2, Scorpion)... I always come back to this one... Wind noise is atrocious but that's pretty much the same in every helmet I've ever ridden in, buy yourself a good set of noise cancelling ear plugs it'll blow your mind, no more wind noise and you can still hear the bike and your music. This helmet has pockets (in the eps itself not the pads, the pad pockets are useless) cut for speakers I will never consider a helmet that doesn't. This helmet is an intermediate oval I will never consider a helmet that isn't. This helmet has a "city mode" detent I will you guessed it never consider a helmet that doesn't. It vents well and doesn't fog. Those are my major must haves. This helmet has a d-ring chin strap they don't bother me and they give you a place to lock your helmet to your bike. One grip? The pads are meh they aren't uncomfortable or hard to remove they are just cheap materials where other modern helmets have moisture wicking higher grade comfort foam that doesn't get quite as nasty with actual use... This should be your first helmet or the DLX which is the same helmet with the bells and whistles that you are going to buy anyway already added. ... show more
