According to the size chart my 6 7/8" head needed a small size. It was too small by a lot. Seemed odd but I went by the chart. Had to return as a result. ReOrdered a medium.     • Don't buy if you wear glasses
I bought this helmet as I know it is a good make. A helmet is something I won't go cheap on. I had to send it back because no matter how I tried I could not get my glasses to go on my face correctly. My wife found the same thing with the one we bought for her.

    • Well-constructed, Fits great, comfortable, Works with Prescription Glasses and intercoms.
I’m a new e-scooter rider, so maybe this helmet might be overkill. I got this on the recommendation of several other riders. Bell is a well-known name in the industry. I went with the Medium Gloss Black/Red and found it to be quite comfortably padded (even a tad bit tight on the cheeks, but I’m told after wearing it for a bit it’ll break in better). As the title says, it does work with prescription glasses...you just need to guide them in after you put the helmet on and the padding forms around them (the legs on my glasses are wire-frame, so really thin legs). My helmet came with the clear lens, which I knew I was shopping for it. That said, the lens does remove very easily to swap in a replacement or different color lens. I have prescription sun glasses so clear is fine for me. One other thing... the padding on each ear has small pockets to hold speakers for intercom/bluetooth system like Sena. ... show more
