I got this to keep a phone powered on long biking trips where I want to use the phone for mapping programs. These eat up phone power. But I have wiring for all kinds of devices I’m using -can charge multiple devices simultaneously. This backup was great. Recharged phone quickly while phone in continuous use and didn’t use up all that much of its own capacity. Can recharge this battery quickly. It’s very study (well made). It’s really perfect for what it is. Only thing people might not like is weight (see above!). Just need a comfortable way to carry it. Under most circumstances, this won’t be difficult to figure out. I must say that I would definitely give this product a 10/10. I purchased this product in July 2023, and for technological products like these I prefer to use them for a period of time before leaving a review to allow for a honest review. This product came well packaged with a manual, the power bank and a charging cable. This product is heavy and is the size of the typical iPhone. Within my 6 months of using this power bank I have found that it has a very long battery life. It has a USB-C port and 2 USB-A ports that facilitates fast charge for my other devices whether it maybe Apple/android devices. Additionally, this power bank does not overheat which is another excellent quality. I love this! Does it take time to charge? Yes! But is it totally worth it? Heck yes! I am able to charge my phone multiple time off of one charge. Which means I can technically charge my phone, my sons phone and still have some juice to charge my daughters tablet. It is a little heavy (not for me) but I do see why other reviews say it’s heavy.     • No Type C to C charging support

While the battery bank itself is a fine product, Belkin’s refusal to implement charging via USB C correctly causes headaches. This product will not work with active USB C connections, so no Type C to Type C cable where it negotiates how much power is being drawn or pushed. This unfortunately also means bad support on iPhone 15 Series which all have USB C charging ports which Belkin advertises as a product that the power bank works with. It’s not wrong, but you might end up charging the power bank with your iPhone instead of your iPhone with the power bank. If you’re not willing to charge with a USB A to USB C cable, don’t buy this product. Buy a product from Anker who’s more competent and reliable in the charging/power bank space. Belkin products are typically good and reliable. This is not one. Find another power bank from a company that doesn’t cheap out on 2 resistors that break Type C to C charging. ... show more
