finally got around to setting it up on july 4th for my dog. the directions suck. the frame seems to be pretty sturdy. had some issues with some of the bars not wanting to connect good enough but i managed to finally getting them to go together. once i finally got to the canopy part i learned it doesnt fit. whoever made it, made it, cut the fabric for the velcro part too short and sewed the velrco in the wrong place. so its not going to work properly. i'm going to have to tarp it to make sure it shelters/shades my dog properly instead. dissatisfied to say the least. they should probably pay attention to these details before they send them out. ... show more

I had to edit this once the company found out about my problem, the immediately contacted me and sent a replacement! One thing that is important to me is Customer Service and this company has provided. Definitely get this! This is easy to put together and makes a nice shelter. My only issue is that I wish the cover went on differently and was stronger. I have a Bernese Mt Dog who is not very active and she had it pulled apart and off in 3 days. ... show more

Bought this to give our blind dog some shade. Frame is sturdy, light enough to be moved easily but seems unaffected by wind; I have not needed to anchor it down. PVC cover seems good quality; hopefully will resist UV breakdown for a while. Would recommend.

We had to use large spring clamps, on one side of the entrance, to secure the cover in place. The fabric was not wide enough to secure with the Velcro that was sewn into the weatherproof fabric. We were able to anchor the base to an artificial turf area. It gives our dog shade, but not much relief when it's really hot outside. ... show more
