We had to remove a large tree, which gave shade to our a/c. Bought this fence to both keep some shade on the A/C as well as cover it from sight. This is a great product, I was able to easily assemble it alone, it came with straight forward instructions. Package included both panels. It’s a little tricky to get them anchored in the ground, but that would be for any such fence. The instructions were good, but I first tried to simply hammer them into the dirt. But that does not work. Follow the instructions and dig a small hole where the spike will go and then it’s super easy. I had them for a few months now and they are quite sturdy. Several strong thunderstorms did nothing to them. Looks very nice. And if the A/C one day needs to be replaced, it can easily be removed. Definitely recommended to buy. ... show more

I ordered 5 units of Biemo Air Conditioner Panels for a total of 10 panels. The panels assembled fairly easily just make sure you review the provided directions first so you don't start assembly wrong.. These panels were placed around our air conditioner unit, our pool pump and our house generator. The panels installed easily and included all the attaching hardware. The units even included a bubble level to make sure the panels were level with the ground. The panels are well made and should last a long time with no worry about rotting wood or having to repaint. The panels look fantastic and really covered up the view of the equipment. The most important thing...my wife loved them so I am very happy! ... show more

This is a sturdy fence. The panels were easy to assemble, but the screws provided to attach the panels to each other were so small I couldn’t find a screwdriver that worked. I ended up using zip ties to attach the panels and that worked great. I wish there were rubber feet for the bottom of the posts since I am not using the ground stakes. We purchased this item not only to hide the ugly AC units but to also cut down the noise from them. This does a great job at both. It gives a nice appearance of a smooth clean white fence. Cuts the noise down significantly which allows us to enjoy the outdoor space even more. Well worth the price. The pictures are after 3 months of use. We found that it was easier to assemble the fence then move it into place, mark where the stakes go, then put the fence over the stakes. There hasn’t been any issue with it and should last a long time. If we need the AC service, the slats are easily removable by just siding them upward, or we could just lift the entire fence off the 3 stakes. ... show more

I gave this a 3 because of the difficulty putting it together. The three points are for the reasonable price, and in the end it looks good. Here were my difficulties: starting with assembly, no explanation of the difference between C and D in the “instructions” which caused issues. Also, the slats were nearly impossible to put thru the slots; there are no pre-drilled holes for the MEDAL spikes that insert inside the bottom of each post. I had to use a titanium drill bit. You will also need a drill to connect the anchors that attach the fences together. The plates are not white, and look tacky when done, so I painted them. Had to glue the caps covering the open ends of the horizontal posts because they kept falling out; the top caps are supposed to hook onto the protruding post, but the post would not protrude – would not fit thru the opening. By the end of construction, I needed glue, caulk, a hammer, paint and a drill with a titanium bit. I;m not new at putting things together. This was a challenge. Fortunately I'm retired. ... show more

    • Saves my A/C from the sand.

We bought this fence to protect our a/c unit from constantly getting sand in it. We have 2 large dogs that play rough and have torn up our grass yard and are now left with nothing but sand! Now when they play, they stir up all the sand that blows into the a/c unit causing it to clog easily and the filters needing to be changed very often. Not to mention all the dust in the house. This fence protects the a/c and looks great! Good solution to our problem at a great price. ... show more

Easy to install. The metal stakes are sturdy and I was able to get the panels deep into the rock/sand that we have in Florida. It was more for looks, but also protection. It stands up well against the winds we have had, so it was a good value for me. I purchased 2 sets of 2, so I have 1 extra. But the price made it worth getting the extra panel. I will find some other area to put that one! I would suggest gluing the top decorative tops to the panels after installation. They are slightly loose after "popping" on, but I preferred them to be secured with an adhesive, so now they are perfect. You can notice in the picture I had not finished gluing the decorative tops on the back side when I took this picture. ... show more
