The leather itself is soft but durable, I have no doubt this will hold up to how hard I am on my bags. It holds my laptop, charging cord, 2 cell phones, cross body purse, makeup bag, umbrella and more. Even with all that weight, it doesn't hurt your shoulder because it has two nice width shoulder straps. The bag itself is lightweight which is a huge bonus as a lot of the name brand ones have so much hardware they hurt your shoulder on their own. I love this purse. I love the taupe color. It’s classic and matches a lot of my wardrobe. It’s big enough to hold my planner (I’m old school) yet not too big for me to lose my keys or phone. The feel of it is very nice. It’s a high end look without the high end price. I would buy this purse again.

The media could not be loaded. Just received and have it ready for work on Monday. My initial reaction is it is lighter than the Kate Spade bag I was carrying with the same things. Though it is a little smaller than I expected it seems to be good quality. I think the wider straps will make it more comfortable to carrying. Much more stylish than a backpack. I usually buy black and stepped outside my comfort zone getting brown but it is a beautiful color and will work well for fall or all year since it is a neutral color. Plenty of pockets, especially like the pen pockets with flap to protect them. No more digging for something to write with!! It did come folded flat but is relaxing the longer it is out and filled. Lovely bag, leather is as described has a very practical size but the inner lining is a light colored fabric that can soil easily. Great value for the cost. Also hoping the stitching stays in place because I can already see very minute issue with stitch.
