Inside, there is a zippered pocket and several pockets to keep everything accessible and in its place. I love the key ring to easily find your keys. Stays well on the shoulder and it is very light, easy to recover everything inside without having to open the difficult zippers. Looked a little cheaper than usual and did NOT smell like leather. I will keep it since I won't have to use it too often and it does hold a lot.
