Easy to install. After five months up and down feature including light works, but the balance bubble no longer has a buble. The reason I chose this jack over others is because a one of the lowest overall heights. On my setup I could never have taligate fully open when connected to the trailer, now I can. Goes up and down fast enough, quite and pleany of power. This "ding" of the one star is since the quality being that the buble is gone after 5-months and I have not done anything wrong.

From the get-go, this unit never worked right. It would quit after 6-10 seconds of use, you'd have to wait 30 seconds or so, and then it would start working again. Unfortunately, I was on the road/remote when I installed it, left the trailer up at our cabin for a few months, and it was more of a convenience than a hindrance, so I left it on & figured I would troubleshoot it when I got it home. Fast forward a few months, I got the trailer home, it worked (again, cutting out) enough to get the trailer loaded on my truck, but when I got to my destination, the jack no longer worked. The motor runs, but it will not lift or drop...something is stripped out. Fortunately, it has a hand-crank option, so I was able to at least use it in that fashion & complete our trip. It's now out of warranty, & is nothing more than a manual jack. Not sure if I got a lemon or what, but I would stay away from this one!

This jack is a winner! It's quiet and powerful at 4000lb lift capacity and 22 inches of lift. The installation was smooth. It took me 15 minutes to install. The jack has an adjustable foot that drops, making it quick to detach. The speed is decent. That's one of my favorite things about this jack. The quality is great as you expect. You won't be disappointed in this jack.

This Jack is amazing it makes the process less tiring when having to jack up to put stablization bars on from the weight distribution hitch. I have 28 foot trailer dry weight 5000 lbs this has no problem lowering and raising. I have used this several times no issues. The install is easy, sand the paint to bare metal to get a good ground where your bolts go put a electrical connector on the end of the wire connect to positive on battery and done. I would recommend a cover for it I bought one it keeps it out of rain and stuff. Definitely worth the price heavy duty built. Order now. Update: After a week writing this review the extend button would sometimes not work then work. Probably a button issue but it was still under the return time so I sent it back and went with the Libra instead.
