The colors are what I was expecting based off of the photos. I got this in Whispers of Love. The white is a milky semi translucent which is gorgeous. All of the colors are pretty, soft and neutral enough to wear for every day, anytime, with any outfit or makeup look you might have. This is a good basic set for me because right now I’m growing out my natural nails. Lighter colors of gel polish are more forgiving for beginners like me. I used a builder gel that comes in a nail polish bottle first (for my weak, thin nails from wearing press ons), then used a fine grit file over the top of that, a base coat, 2 coats of polish and a top coat. I used an alcohol wipe at the very end over the cured top coat. My layers were very thin and it looked great, not thick or fake looking at all. I cure for 60-90 seconds for each layer for this brand. This set doesn’t come with a base or top coat which was fine for me because I prefer a different brand of those, but some of their sets do. I love the bottles. They have improved since the last time I bought Beetles polish and are very pretty and look more luxurious now. You can’t beat this price for the quality and amount you’re getting. I prefer the smaller bottles because I like to switch it up a lot and this allows me to try a lot of different colors. I only buy full size bottles of my absolute favorites and the base and top coats. It also saves space in my nail polish bag. I’ve been happy with all of the Beetles sets I’ve purchased and will continue to buy this brand and Gaoy for their price point, pretty colors and quality. I highly recommend you give one of their sets a try. If you have any issues with it peeling or not lasting it’s likely due to the base coat and not the polish. Buy a better quality base and top coat and your manicure will last longer. At least that’s true for me. Also be sure to be careful wipe your fingernails off with an alcohol wipe or nail polish remover first to remove any dirt and oils for better adhesion.

My daughter turned me on to Beetles and now I absolutely love their gel nail polish. It’s one of the best and most durable brands out there. The wedding set shades of polish are beautiful and what I’ll be wearing every day. The polish coverage and quality are amazing making the application quick and easy! You don't even have to use a clear top coat; I never do with this brand and my nails are still shiny. I applied 2 coats of the pink sparkle shade to my toe nails and 4 weeks later they still look good and shiny with absolutely no chipping! Bottles are small but, for 6 different colors you can’t beat the price!

Beautiful neutral colors. I like that I can build up the color if I want to. So far it has been chip resistant, I have done laundry, dishes, house duties and it has stayed on pretty well. The duration of the gel polish seems to be strong. How you prep your nail before using the gel polish makes a big difference in how long it lasts you. The size of the bottles are fair for the amount of colors you get. The bottle is not too small nor is it a big amount. Does well with the uv light.

I bought this beautiful red set of gel polishes because of Valentine’s Day and also just so I can have other shades of red for certain nail designs that I need. It comes with 6 big 15ml sizes of red gel polishes. Two of them are shimmer. I own many other beetles gel polishes but this was my first time buying them in these bottles - I love how big the bottles are and I love that the bottles also match the gel polish color which makes it easier to see what color you want to choose vs just the little sticker with the color number on top of the bottles like most gel polishes. I also love how pigmented they are!!! One coat is great on its own but I love doing two coats anyways. I usually have to do 3 sometimes 4 coats of other brands just to get the right consistency! After buying and using this set, I bought some single colors. Now I plan on buying a few more sets/single bottles to get ready for st pattys day, Easter, and spring nails. I did a press on set for one of my daughters, she chose the color a420. I’m not a professional. I’m self taught and do only my nails and family members nails. Anyways all that to say this… Don’t wait and think about it - just buy it! You won’t regret it! You’ll be like me and wanna buy their other shades too!

Beautiful color scheme with this set of polishes. Goes on smoothly and easy to work with. Cures perfect with any lamp style in 90 seconds. Couldn’t quite figure out the magnetic effect but looks pretty without it honestly.

First application ever and I love! Needed to start using Gel polish to stop my nails from falling apart at the slightest exposure to water. This was perfect! Colors are ideal for traditional progession work environment but still cute. Hopefully it holds up and doesnt take a year to soak off.
