i'm a beginner at diy extensions and have tried a few different gels and have struggled with every single one of them to do proper 3d lines. the consistency of this gel is absolutely perfect! it sticks to the brush like honey. it still definitely takes practice and i have go in with multiple layers (curing in-between each layer) but i am able to achieve the cleanest, thickest and juiciest 3d lines i ever have. 😮💨🤌🏻 i only wish it was a no wipe! leaves a very sticky layer after curing that needs to be wiped clean with alcohol before top coating. while i don't plan to use it as a builder on top of my natural nails, i can definitely feel the durability. it cures completely clear and rock solid. LOVE!

tried the Beetles Builder Gel for Nails 3-color 9-in-1 extension kit, and overall I’m really impressed. The gels are smooth, easy to work with, and self-level nicely, which makes shaping and building extensions much simpler—even for someone who isn’t a professional. I also like that the kit includes clear, nude, and pink shades, so you have good basic options for natural-looking nails. The durability is pretty good once cured under a UV or LED lamp, and my nails stayed strong without lifting for a decent amount of time. It’s a great at-home alternative to salon builder gel and saves money in the long run. The only downside is that it can take a little practice to get the thickness just right, and beginners may need a few tries to perfect the application. Still, for the price and quality, this is a solid builder gel kit that works well for both beginners and more experienced users. I’d definitely use it again.

I really like this gel so far. It's a nice pinky sheer color and goes nicely. It is very thick and sticky so I would suggest cutting a hole in the foil on top and putting your brush through it to get the gel. That will also help it from spilling or getting the twist on lid sticky. It layers well and looks great when finished.

This was much easier then I first thought. I was able to fill in my first set of these builder gel/poly gel nails. I have an electric file/sander. That made things much easier. I bought a UV pen light. This works very good, but takes longer. First time I filled my nails, I took my time and was ok with drying them one at a time. I doubt I will ever have the speed of the salon workers. It takes practice. The gel is sticky and doesn't always spread the way you want it to. If I applied it a little too thick, I was able to file it away. Overall, I am happy with this product. The cost was very reasonable and it helped me between fill appointments. Get the pen UV light. It makes things so much easier for beginners. Also, I tried this on my toes. I made big toenails from the gel that turned out great. The UV pen definitely came in handy with the toes!

LOVE this hard gel. This is my first time using it and it is very easy to use. Soaks off just as it says it would. Just make sure you file the polish off with E-file and then file the gel down a bit with an E-file before soaking it off.

Good product. Cures sticky so you need alcohol to wipe nails after curing. The brush bristles were faulty (they sink into the brush head). I’d get a separate brush kit.
