This kit is great. It was easy to use. I watched some Youtube videos to learn the process while I followed along. For that reason, it took 3 hours. But it was my first time. I'm sure I can bang these out in an hour next time. The picture I included is after a week of wear. Minimal chipping, no breaking or peeling. I'm so impressed. I buy an additional set that had a nail dehydrator and nail primer because I saw that in some of the reviews. I think that's the key to longevity with these. The only think I have to master is getting nice even coats. I used the pale pink polish and you can tell it's a little streaky.

Omg, this gel kit is AMAZING!!! It has everything you need to do your nails successfully. All the prep stuff before, a great how to guide and also a nice big uv light. Also I love the colors of this kit. My go to color is pink, so it’s nice to have lighter shades like this one. I highly recommend!!

These are great ! They don’t work if you don’t buff your nails w file on top . So make sure to use the file it comes with and give your nails a quick buff. Then make sure to cure good and long! Don’t put too much either and try not to get your skin ! Thin layers ! Is key mine have lasted 2 weeks so far so good and I cook and clean like everyday so yeaaaa... :) get it

I'm a a bit of a pessimistic, frugal person. I don't wanna pay for gel polish from a manicurist, and I've never done this before, but I figured I could learn in order to save a buck. I expected I would possibly be disappointed, but my husband told me to go for it. I am so glad I did! Although my first go round took a little extra time, next time I'll be faster, I'm sure. Definitely pay attention to the tips... apply all the layers THINLY, cure a little EXTRA, and swipe with acetone before the first coat and after each cure (that one I remembered from the manicurist). It turned out WAY better than expected! The only thing I want now, is to order more colors from this company. I feel so accomplished, I think I'm in Love!

Before the pandemic, I used to get my nails done professionally every single month. It is crazy that this entire set costs less than one visit to the salon. I kid you not, this gel polish lasts longer than the salon. My previous set started chipping after two weeks of wear! Now I know, that doesn’t sound like a lot of time. But once I stopped getting acrylic at my salon and only going with the gel, I was lucky to get in one week. And, it feels so sturdy! Remember, you are saving money, not saving time. This is time consuming. If you want to safely take off the gel, this process lasts the better part of an hour. Then the nail prep and polish will take you another 45 minutes. In all, it took me over an hour and a half to achieve the nails in the picture, and I didn’t even do anything with my cuticles. I cannot recommend this enough. The colors or fabulous, especially the sparkle ones!

This gel nail set is awesome. It comes with everything you need to do gel nails at home. I liked getting gel nails at the salon because they last but when it came time to take them off the nail techs were always rough with the nail drill. It would weaken my natural nails and I hated it. But with this system I can do my own nails in the comfort of my home and better yet, I am gentle when I remove them (acetone soaked cotton) and thus my natural nails don’t get damaged. This set is easy to use though doing my right hand is harder. I just take my time. The gel colors are beautiful and they lasted. You can see in the pictures when I initially applied and then about four weeks later. Great product, I’m super happy with it. I will probably buy more gel colors from Beetles. Highly recommended!
