The colors are what I was expecting based off of the photos. I got this in Whispers of Love. The white is a milky semi translucent which is gorgeous. All of the colors are pretty, soft and neutral enough to wear for every day, anytime, with any outfit or makeup look you might have. This is a good basic set for me because right now I’m growing out my natural nails. Lighter colors of gel polish are more forgiving for beginners like me. I used a builder gel that comes in a nail polish bottle first (for my weak, thin nails from wearing press ons), then used a fine grit file over the top of that, a base coat, 2 coats of polish and a top coat. I used an alcohol wipe at the very end over the cured top coat. My layers were very thin and it looked great, not thick or fake looking at all. I cure for 60-90 seconds for each layer for this brand. This set doesn’t come with a base or top coat which was fine for me because I prefer a different brand of those, but some of their sets do. I love the bottles. They have improved since the last time I bought Beetles polish and are very pretty and look more luxurious now. You can’t beat this price for the quality and amount you’re getting. I prefer the smaller bottles because I like to switch it up a lot and this allows me to try a lot of different colors. I only buy full size bottles of my absolute favorites and the base and top coats. It also saves space in my nail polish bag. I’ve been happy with all of the Beetles sets I’ve purchased and will continue to buy this brand and Gaoy for their price point, pretty colors and quality. I highly recommend you give one of their sets a try. If you have any issues with it peeling or not lasting it’s likely due to the base coat and not the polish. Buy a better quality base and top coat and your manicure will last longer. At least that’s true for me. Also be sure to be careful wipe your fingernails off with an alcohol wipe or nail polish remover first to remove any dirt and oils for better adhesion.

Beetles gel polish is always good quality at a good price! These are mainly used as base colors and always go on smooth with the cleanest application. There is never any issues with the color consistency and always comes out as the color described. These polishes are my favorite and will buy beetles over and over again.

The end result is amazing, feels just like the gel you get at the salons. Maybe even better, they last very long (the dark pink d343 I had on for 2 weeks, could’ve gone longer but personal preference wanted to refresh them) the colors are beautiful. The d343 color I had to do three coats but the light pink d088 was more thick and only used two coats and that color needed longer time in the cure light. The inconsistency of the viscosity in the color pack and the brush being square instead of rounded (making it harder to brush the color and stay off the cuticle) is why I’ve given 4 stars, but overall great deal for the price and I’m saving TONS of money doing my nails at home.

Absolutely loved this pink set for a Valentine’s Day nail set. The colors are pigmented and applied smoothly. Works well over gel-x tips and did not experience any chipping. Stayed looking perfect for over 4 weeks. Chrome, cat eye and green polish from review photos are not included in this set but colors provided in this set work well as a base color for chrome and other designs. Loved the milky nude for French tip base.

These are the best pink colors to get! They are super soft colors but you can totally build up if you want something more pigmented (this is going to be thicker tho). The quality is great, I love it and they look super professional. Some of them have glitter, but it’s more like a pearled effect, which is really nice. They are fun to mix and match too. The thickness and protection they provide to my nails is amazing. I will be buying again once I run out of the ones I have. Totally worth the price.

These colors are not true to the pics. The light colors are a DARK version of the teal. They are nowhere near as light as the Pic. However, the colors are a jelly like complexion and look cool but it just was but the color I was expecting.
