It's definitely light weight, though I could see it getting hot if someone else was under it next to you, as someone else mentioned. I expected it to look, feel, and smell synthetic, and you can definitely tell that it is, but it's pretty good quality. Especially for the price. One wash with a good amount of softener mixed with a small amount of vinegar, and that was more than enough to get any plastic smell out. Also, it's relatively fluffy. Which I LOVE. I absolutely adore fluffy blankets. I haven't yet received my duvet cover, so I can't say if it'll be too hot or not with it. Still, I definitely recommend this insert.

Love this fluffy lightweight quality made duvet. It's so nice it can be used without a cover. It's perfect for cuddling up in even here in FL and is so incredibly soft! I am so happy to finally have a comforter that doesn't bunch up from washing! The stitching design is perfect and looks nice too. Very cozy , soft and comfortable. I can't believe I paid less than $15 for this and bought one for my grandson also. Fantastic deal!

When the package came, I thought I ordered a wrong size because it was so small. The comforter was in a vacuum sealed packaging, make sure you open it cautiously so you don't accidentally cut into it. Almost as soon as I remove the packaging, the comforter began rising. We washed it in cold, gentle cycle, and tumble low dried, came out soft like a cloud and no rips or loose of thread. It is not super thick but it did the job for me and my 4 year old.

I was looking for a lightweight blanket that would be cooler than my current duvet because I am in CA and the summer nights are hot. I read through the reviews and it sounds like everyone’s different and it all varies (hot sleeper or not). So with mixed reviews I thought I’d give it a try. First off, packaging is great; it comes super vacuum packed in a smaller box than I expected and after I washed/dried it, the blanket fluffed up and was pretty nice. Because I share a bed with my bf (who practically radiates heat!) and I myself am also a relatively hot sleeper, this blanket does too good of a job keeping the warmth that it’s not as breathable as I would have liked it to be. That’s why I rated 4 stars. If I am sleeping alone, then this blanket is the perfect lightweight blanket for summer months. I also want to mention that we sleep on a memory foam mattress, but I like to use percale cotton sheets to help keep things breathable/cool. TLDR; if it’s just you under the covers then this may be a good option for a lightweight duvet, but if you are sharing the covers with someone else then this blanket will retain the warmth and make it a bit too hot for your liking.

L O V E this!!! I had no experience with duvets so I searched high and low for the perfect one. Stumbled across this one with very little reviews but they were all 5 stars, so I figured I'd go out on a limb and purchase it and I am SO glad I did. It is sooo fluffy and comfortable. The perfect weight - not too heavy or too light - and keeps me the perfect temperature at night (the thermostat stays on 68 and I sleep with a fan for reference, so a warmer home it might get toasty) It is so cozy I find it hard to get out of bed in the mornings and there are definitely worse problems to have!! Even washed it without problems. Would definitely buy this again!!

A great duvet insert cover that I paired with silk satin bedding. Opening this package, it might look deceiving (it appears thin), but once I inserted this into my silk duvet cover, I slept like a baby! Wow, really is warm! + super soft! And I only paid 13.99 for this! Compare to deals $20, $30, and up! What a steal! My bed is queen size, order while it lasts! This price and quality is unbeatable! Thank You Bedsure! <3

This is a great comforter! It is lightweight, soft, and it has loops to tie to a duvet cover at all corners and sides. This comforter is light enough for summer months, but could be made warm enough for winter with a warmer heavier duvet cover. The quality for the price far exceeded my expectations! I will probably buy from this company again !

Good for the price. It’s on the thinner side, so it works out great for spring/summer, but it gives the fluffy look for my duvet cover. It feels like a microfiber, not a down Cotton cover, as it may look on the photo. If you are using it for a duvet insert, and your not looking for something extremely warm, this is perfect.
