Love, love this mattress! I spent about 30 days researching mattresses, manufacturers, warranties, contents, where they are manufactured, etc. I decided on the Bedstory Monologue, 12 inch, full mattress, and I could not have made a better choice! it is an amazing mattress. I don't even want to get out of bed in the morning. I’m 5 ft 4 in, 124 pounds, have low back issues, arthritis. Our previous bed was a Sealy, $2,000 bed. I would wake up with hip and shoulder pain, when laying on my sides and often low back pain. Not with this Bedstory Monologue! My man is 6 ft 4 in, 240 pounds. He normally is unable to sleep on his back comfortably, but with this bed, he does. It truly amazed him. Excellent bed at a great price, It inflated quickly with no problems. You will need a scissor or razor to open the mattress plastic wrap carefully, because no cutter was included and no written instructions, but there were basic diagrammed instructions printed on the outside of the box. Easy enough to figure out.. Gotta go. Time for a nap! Thank you, Bedstory! I want to add that the Monologue mattress is not a cushy mattress. On Bedstory's website it is shown as "extra firm" and it is. Yet it is soft and soooo comfortable. It has excellent support. I don't sink into it, so it's easy to turn over without having to lift myself up, like on our previous foam type mattress. This mattress has a bit of a spring back, I think because of the coils, yet very stable because of the foam. Supportive edges, too. This is my perfect mattress ❤!

This is a great mattress and the price can't be beat!!! My previous mattress was purchased from a brick and mortar mattress store and is made by a top mattress company. It had a 10 year warranty that was prorated. I had it less than 7 years and it was causing massive back pain. I looked at a lot of mattresses online and decided on this one. It has all the features I need and is a great quality. Customer service was very responsive also. I'm extremely happy with the support and comfort of the mattress and am happy to say I no longer have back pain!!! However, it is described as "soft" in the description. It is not a soft mattress. It is comfortable for me and I'm a 77 year old average sized female with fibromyalgia. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this mattress more! I'd bought it in the twin size for a spare room and found it comfortable but then was convinced to buy the most highly rated Helix Midnight Elite mattress which came to over $2100 on a good sale day. I found that mattress super uncomfortable and led to aches and pains. I had to wait 30 days for it to supposedly 'break in' but I decided to go with this mattress and I'm delighted! It's comfortable from day one (after letting it 'rise' for 2.5 days) and for the great price, I can buy six more for the price of the Helix. AND it's made in the USA, though with materials from 'elsewhere'. But so is the Helix. Very happy I switched and so is my back!

I was very skeptical about this mattress, the reviews were good, it was returnable and the price was great so I bit the bullet and ordered it. I couldn’t wait for the 3 days to go by so I could try it. OMG, I love this mattress. It is so comfortable. My son loves it and is thinking about getting one. I would like to have another one for my guest room. I would never have believed a mattress of this quality could come in a box, but believe it, it’s an excellent mattress.

We purchased this mattress for our teenager. It expanded quickly! She absolutely loves it! It’s not too firm but not too plush. The size and support are perfect. My son now wants one too. It’s definitely as good as mattresses that cost twice as much.

Beats the heck out of every mattress I’ve ever owned. Inflsted to full size in less than two minutes 14” queen sized and truly a luxury mattress. My last mattress was marketed that way but after 4 months like sleeping on a wood floor but this bed story is a definite winner. I read tens of thousands of reviews and something told me to get this one. I’m very honest in my reviews and don’t review anything until after I’ve actually used it some and this mattress I can rate on everything except for how long it’ll last but with the 10 year warranty I am confident given also the thickness and weight of the materials, construction, there is a hem everywhere and handy straps for picking it up to move it which are needed because it’s heavier than those cheap garbage mattresses that are like sleeping on a wood floor.
