I can not talk these up enough. This was my first set of "velvet" sheets and I might not ever go back to normal sheets. These are so warm, soft, cozy they make it hard hard to get out of bed. I just want to cuddle with them. They fit the mattress well, they have not yet slipped off. I have washed them several times and they are still soft and look like new. This is the absolute best purchase I have made in over a year. (I plan buy several more in other colors) I literally havent gotten a better night's sleep than I have on these sheets. I was expecting them to be soft but I was not expecting them to be anywhere close to this quality. They are thick and the material definitely looks and feels like velvet. You would assume that these would be incredibly hot to sleep in but they aren't. They are incredibly warm but if you slide your foot or body you can reach a cool area nearby very easily. They're both cool and warm at the same time. It's really hard to explain but they're literally perfect winter sheets. They're also thick and very well made, the corners have extra attachments to help hold it onto your bed. I have trouble with my sheets popping off the corners and it's not happening with these. Thank god cuz that's super annoying to do everyday! My boyfriend sleeps hot and I sleep very cold and these work perfectly for both of us. Highly recommend.
