Bought 2 of these tents for kids' Christmas gifts. We set them up on Christmas and they went together easily, our twin mattresses slid right in. Bonus points for the tent holding its shape on the top bunk without having a flat surace underneath to support! They are breathable and better quality than we expected as our fear was that the fabric around the zippers would tear easily, but both are holding up well, both being zipped and unzipped daily.

We bought this for our 4 year old for Christmas and now our other three children want one for their beds too! They all love it. We ended up buying a second one for our other son and I'm sure more are to follow. The only cons: I feel like it would do better with a bed that has either a box spring under the mattress or if the mattress isn't laying on "slats". Because our son's bed lays on wooden slats, the corners of the tent sort of fall through the space between the slats and it was challenging to get it stable. All in all, it worked out fine, but it's not my ideal setup. The zippers on the sides to open and close the tent don't seem lasting, especially if they're going to be used often (and especially when it comes to children not being careful). Maneuvering the mattress inside of the tent was quite challenging. I wish the opening was larger to be able to accomplish this with more ease. You have to also be very careful not to tear the tent when trying to insert your mattress. It's like trying to fit a queen size mattress into the opening the size of a crib mattress.

I must have looked at a hundred bed tent options, 15 dang times, before deciding on this one. I bought 2. The dark blue and light pink. The light pink is pretty muted, so it really kind of looks beige, but it still matched my daughters decor, so it worked out. I goofed assembling the first one, which made putting the 2nd one together a lot easier. Very durable, storage pockets on one end, and a clear pocket on the other end to put a phone or tablet in to watch videos or movies. There's holes on both sides that close with velcro for you to be able to run cords through. There are hanging hooks all over inside and a few outside to hang lights or whatever else you may want to hang. It comes with a string of lights, which I didn't know and was a nice surprise, but they are battery operated. With my kids, I would have been changing out batteries every 4 days. I had already bought some USB plug in lights for them not knowing it came with lights, which is just as well. My 8 year old has sensory issues and I haven't been able to get her to sleep in her own bed to save my life. The first night she slept in her bed all night with no issues. She loves the little safe space we have created for her. She's hardly come out! Lol.

I put to together by myself in about 10 minutes.. I put it inside my canopy bed. Fits amazing, when zipped totally closed it’s dark and very comfortable. The material is very soft. I purchased this bed for my teen who was recently diagnosed with ADHD. They have chronic insomnia, and I thought this was cheaper than the insurance beds, so I purchased one for them for Christmas. I had high hopes due to the ad stating bed tent was "durable for bear kids". Although the bed is really cool looking, and useful for its cradling the kiddo and blocking out a bit of noise as well as light, we had one pain in the butt time first finding the slots where the poles go on the nylon, because of the way it varies, and getting my Kid's full size mattress into it, as the openings are very tight. When you put the mattress in it, take it slow inch-by inch and be very careful not to tear the tent or bend any poles. Thank God that was not the problem for us. But there are only 2 of us and I am disabled and not very strong. My suggestion to you is to have a couple of strong adults to get the mattress in, preferably 3 or 4 people to have you navigate the mattress. We had a small room to work with, to boot. We ended up having to bend the mattress to get it inside. Also, I do not find it to be all that durable. It's not for rowdy, rough children. The bottom left side is lop-sided, despite having moved and arranged the corners and mattress repeatedly, and just will not stand up as high as the front of the bed and the bottom right. And this is not due to any loose connections or poles being loose either. It took us 2 1/2 hours to get this put together and get the mattress in it from start to finish despite the lame video and instructions which do not let you see everything, especially where the feet go at the corners. I'm not talking about the straps and pockets, I mean exactly where the ends go to line up with the corners on a bed that is a metal open bar metal platform bed. I guess the ends just hang outside and you line up the mattress and tent, but this would be better if it was more stable. It's really flimsy, despite our best effort to fuss over it to get it perfectly aligned on the platform and with the actual nylon tent on the mattress. This would be better tbh on the floor or on a contained platform bed that has a bottom and raised, boxed in sides and corners, which would def add to the stability, instead of the poles just free hanging over the outer corners. The tent kept sliding around each time we tried to put the mattress in. Talk about not fun. Anyway, outside of one corner being lop-sided no matter how we adjusted it, it is cute, and my Kid loves it, but I do not expect it to last long. These should be made sturdier, of a thicker poly-nylon or ideally canvas material. And more stable, not wobbly. Of course the price would reflect that too. The addition of a center hook for a future inner lantern or fan, or to string lights inside; a pocket for tablet at end of inside, inner head board side pockets and velcro slots for charging cables at the head of the bed up about 10 inches or so are a nice touch. Because of the dilapidated rear corner, and the lack of durability and the time it took to figure this out despite instructions, I am giving it 3 stars. Could be much improved for quality and stability. Otherwise, cool item. Also, I want to add it is not as tall as it looks in ad. The photo is deceptive, and the ceiling is quite low on the ends, tall in the center. I expected this to be considerably taller than slightly more than a personal pup tent by the ad image.
