This product is so light and leaves my skin hydrated and glowing, honestly cant complain about anything and it has worked wondes. My skin isnt sensative so i cant recommended it for sensative skins with 100% assurance but it is very light and i highly doubt it would cause problems for sensative skin. I stumbled upon this when it was recommended as a La Mer dupe and it does not disappoint! After years of searching and trying hundreds of moisturizers, I finally found the perfect cream for my extremely dry skin, fine lines and sensitive complexion. (Please note I have actually sensitive skin in the true sense of the word - not acne prone “sensitive” skin.) I noticed a significant improvement in my skin’s hydration, suppleness, texture, redness/inflammation and blurring of fine lines. It works beautifully with other serums and makeup and never pills. Now the only catch seems to be getting the product! It used to be on Amazon Prime for a reasonable price. Now they jacked up the prices for importing it and the delivery times from overseas are ridiculous. It’s the same thing with ordering direct from their website. I also don’t want to get stuck with any weird custom issues or extra tariffs. Sadly, this appears to be the end of my romance with this life changing moisturizer. I wish this company would import this in bulk and warehouse in the US to reduce lead times and prices. Until then, the search continues. ... show more

The Beauty of Joseon Dynasty Cream Hydrating Face Moisturizer was my first moisturizer, primarily influenced by the numerous Facebook ads I kept seeing. Initially, I was excited to try it, but as I became more knowledgeable about skincare and what works best for my skin, I realized that this moisturizer is simply mediocre. I’m currently finishing up the bottle I have but won’t be repurchasing. I find the texture to be quite thick, and I’ve noticed that on nights when I apply it, I tend to wake up more prone to breakouts the next morning. Since I incorporate Retin-A into my skincare routine, having a good moisturizer is crucial for me, and this one just doesn't meet my needs. As an alternative, I would recommend Shiseido, which I’ve found to be non-irritating and not clogging to the pores.
