I love the bike! Very cute, but the front breaks do not sit right and do not work as well as the back breaks. We have tried everything. I’ll have to take the bike to a bike shop. The bike is great once put together the only problem I had was the assembly after hours of trying to unscrew a single screw we had to go ask for help from neighbors. When they finally got it turns out the screws wouldn’t come out because it was completely stripped on in end so i have to go get another screw. So can’t put on blue part for wheel until then. Instructions are very unclear we had to watch the video and even then it was difficult. I But overall great bike I love it once it’s put together ... show more

No matter how much we tighten, seat still keeps moving around. We'll have to take bicycle store and will get better tool to tighten up. As same as other reviews, it wasn't easy assemble and instructions are very confusing. We had to looked at website pictures to figures out. We got this for my daughter's school, but she told me the seat broken on her first day of use. Glad she brought a tool in case of broken...lol It looks pretty as same as pictures, but I heavy and uneasy to ride. Hope there are more easy instructions, lighter weight, shipping cost was $99. It don't seems easy to return, so we will figure out what to do with this. ... show more
