The company I purchased from definitely seems to stand by their warranty guarantee; when I reached out to them regarding one of the Safety Net Poles bent/broken, they sent out a replacement within the week. My kids LOVE the trampoline, and I like the outward rounded poles, esp. since my 2-year-old likes to run to the net like a wrestler and never hits a pole. The ladder is perfect and the lights I purchased for it look beautiful at night on it. Ease of assembly - It only took 2 people to put it together and it was not difficult at all. Fun for kids - As mentioned, my kids absolutely love it. It's the first thing my 11-year-old runs to as soon as she gets home from school and my 2-year-old runs right behind her. They spend hours on it daily and it's great exercise. 12' is the perfect size for my kids to have friends and family over who want to go play with them. Everybody loves getting on it.

Can't beat this one for the price. Better quality and half the price of what neighbors have purchased. The 14ft and larger sizes come with the better ladder. We had an issue with one of the parts and were sent a replacement immediately.

Great trampoline and great customer service. Super easy to put together. We were missing some springs but the super responsive customer service quickly fixed the issue sending me replacement springs, extra even! Looks very nice and high quality.

I’ll start with my negatives: - the ladder pictured in all sizes is not what you get. You get a cheaper more flimsy ladder unless you get the 14 foot +. I picked this brand because I liked the pictured ladder better for my kids to use, and then it didn’t come with it. That’s my biggest annoyance. - the instructions manual is inconsistent in the images it shows for the supplied hardware and for the duration of the set up. Makes it very confusing which bolts, screws, and nuts go where. One page shows one type of bolts then different ones for the same spots on the next page. Not very descriptive with words either, so took some trail and error to figure out and put it together correctly. - link via QR code for set up video didn’t work. Just brought me to Amazon sale page for the item. Positives: - seems very study. - appears to be good quality frame and platform materials. - I like the extra support bars at the bottom attaching each set of legs together. - curved net support bars are nice for avoiding collision. - pretty easy to set up after you get past the instruction manual being strange. The positives outweighs the negatives, so I would recommend. Just annoyed about the pictured ladder not being what is sold.

This arrived 2 days before expected! Took about an hour to assemble with mostly one person.. easiest trampoline I’ve ever put together. Instructions were easy to follow. This thing is sturdy! High quality frame, I do wish there were sleeves to cover the foam on the poles but it’s no biggie. Super bouncy and no squeaks. Love the ladder. The net could be a little nicer quality but overall great deal for the discounted price of 325 for the 14ft..

Bought this because it was supposed to be sturdy. First thing that broke was a curved pole I cant replace. Next springs started falling off because threads came loose from poor stitching. Now my net is breaking. Only had product a year.

For the price, better quality than expected, but what I wanna point out is this company. We purchased the trampoline. It arrived on time and was easy to set up. Within the same week, we had some high winds and the trampoline took a little damage. I reached out to the company requesting a couple bars that support the netting. They responded no problem. They’ll send them ASAP. Not only did they send them ASAP. They sent us a whole new trampoline. Good service like this is hard to find these days! we recommend this company and their product!. Thanks!
