We ordered the 14 foot trampoline and let me start by saying ITS HUGE! Originally I decided to go with BCAN because of the reviews citing how amazing customer service was. Well, good thing I read those because our trampoline (which comes in two boxes) was delivered incomplete. We had only one box and had to request the other. Sadly the second box arrived and we had no instructions and no hardware. I was nervous to buy at all because I’ve seen way too many injuries from trampolines so no way was I accepting replacement parts at my own (possibly incomplete) request via reference to PDF instructions. BCAN issued a refund right away, without having me return the product (which was no way going back in that box) so that I could reorder. Which, once we did it came complete and the kids LOVE IT. In fact, we’ve had up to 7 kids on our happily. Would buy again and again.

Trampoline Review: 5/5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 After weeks of research and comparison, I finally decided on this trampoline—and it did not disappoint! Setup took about 2 hours with the help of a friend (and a few snacks), but the instructions were clear and everything fit together nicely. The frame feels solid and durable, and the safety net is secure and high enough to give peace of mind, especially with younger jumpers. The bounce is fantastic—just the right mix of springy and controlled. My kids can’t get enough of it, and honestly, I’ve found myself sneaking in a few jumps too. It’s a great way to burn energy and get some fresh air. Even after several weeks of daily use, the mat and springs show no signs of wear. One small tip: if you’re placing it on grass, consider getting anchor kits for extra stability, especially if you live in a windy area. Overall, this trampoline has been a huge hit with the whole family. Fun, safe, and great quality—definitely worth the investment!

Purchased this for my grandchildren. Assembly was easy and the children love it. Had an issue with one of the safety poles for the net 8 months after set up. Emailed the company and inquired about purchasing another pole. Within a day they responded and sent replacement at no cost. Hard to find companies that back their product and I will continue to purchase and recommend to everyone!

The mat on this trampoline is HORRIBLE quality!!!! I cannot overstate how horrible quality. We bought the 16ft Tseries trampoline. It went together easily, it looks great, but the straps sewn onto the jumping mat (the ones that hold the rings to connect the mat to the springs) begin ripping off within a week or two. We bought the trampoline Jan. 1st and waited a few weeks to put it up. It's now May 1st and we're already on our second mat and almost half the rings on the second mat are ripping off! See pictures. The company did send a replacement mat no problem but the stitching is just crap! It's quite obvious there's not nearly enough stitching to hold the straps and rings on... The weight rating on this trampoline is really high so the mat should be designed to withstand a lot. But we've got one skinny 15 year old who's pretty much the only one using the trampoline and it keeps doing this!

By far our favorite trampoline! We have a very active 6yr son that uses this for hours everyday! It’s heavy duty, great resistance bounce, and quiet even with 300+ weight jumping. Highly recommend that it’s fun for all kids!

Very impressed with both the product and the seller. We had a windstorm that damaged two of the net poles. I was looking for a link to purchase replacements so I reached out to the seller. They responded very quickly and are sending replacement poles free of charge. Great customer service!
