UPDATE: Customer service contacted me and offered to send us a new one free of charge or a full refund. They have been great. Thank you so much for your help. Updated to a 4 star review to reflect the great customer service. We’ve been using this less than a month and there’s already a hole. During setup they have you put a pin clip in to keep the bars in place. But what happens is the clip sticks up and pokes the padding on the top. So now we have a hole, exposing the clip. The trampoline is great but the padding is pointless since it doesn’t protect from the clips. ... show more
