This BBQ blanket is a must have for anyone who loves to grill. The size is large enough to hold almost any meat. I recently put a brisket in it. I imagine it could even hold a small turkey. This blanket ensures that the meat stays at the perfect temperature while resting. Plus, the zipper and handle make it easy to transport the meat from the grill to the kitchen. Bought this for my husband, as he is a grill enthusiast. Cooking bbq on the grill (as well as many other meats, require you to let the meat rest. This bag is well insulated, and allows you to rest the meat without it getting cold. Super easy to use, as there is a zipper that runs around the entire bag…. It can hold a lot more than I expected! It seems very sturdy and I like that the zipper runs along the whole bag rather than just one section, makes it easier to insert and remove items. It's also very versatile, kept my vegetables fresh and cold while I was on my way to a family cookout, but also kept my pork belly warm when it came off the grill.
