It does not have sharp corners but is made of very nice material that is flexible. It's my opinion that it might conform to your square grill shape nicely. It looks good this season after being out in the elements in Georgia all year. What is the difference between the black one & gray one? Just the color and brand design is different, everything else is the same. What's the more feature else? 1 Reflective strip which can make attention at night 2 After-sales service which we promise the products can be use 2 years. How to choose the right size ? Beofre you buying, make sure the grill's length is less than 2 inch of the cover. Could you recommend the grill which can fit the 46" bbq cover? 2-3 burner flat top griddle which can flod its side panel.Such as Royal Gourmet 36inch.
