First of all, mine came packaged well with no signs of being used prior. I was a bit skeptical of this formula because I’ve tried something similar with Lilybred blush but didn’t care for it because it was too dry. This, however, has a really nice workable formula. I was surprised by the color payoff when I swatched it on the back of my hand. On the face is a slightly different story. It’s definitely one you have to be patient with when you apply it: soft tapping motions ONLY. You should also give it a minute or two to dry before trying to layer more, otherwise it can get patchy. Once it’s dry, it’s workable for sure. The color payoff is pretty much as is in the photo descriptions, as long as you’re patient and apply it properly. Furthermore, as for coloring, for reference I am very pale with cool pink undertones. I took a gamble ordering the Choco one because warm tones don’t usually look good on me, but I actually like it a lot. On me, it shows up as a soft cool brown-coral that would be perfect for a sun-kissed look in summer or a warm chocolate look for autumn. I’m surprised by how much I like it. The Taro one is absolutely beautiful on my skintone. If you’re cool toned with pink undertones, this color is a MUST. So soft and natural. If you like Rom&nd’s blueberry chip or vine nude, this is a great option if you’re wanting a different formula that doesn’t pull too white or chalky looking. ... show more

The color is such a beautiful peach shade. It goes on really bright and fresh, and even on skin with freckles, it doesn’t look messy at all—instead it applies cleanly and beautifully. It’s a very natural blush that just adds a healthy glow, making it perfect for everyday wear.

I know that these blush are advertised as faint blush for a natural coloring. I got Fig and Choco and they both have no pigment at all making it white and chalky. It helps a little if you start with powder blush and then dab on these cream.

This is such a pretty color and nice formula, but be aware that this is extremely low pigment! I am a little darker than my usual since it is summer, so I am hopeful it will work better in the winter but I really have to pack this on to get visibility and my skin is quite light (I wear shade #23 in the Purito BB cream for reference). It is a lovely color on my muted, cool skintone. It gives a soft warmth and is very subtle. But I had to pack on so much I very quickly hit the bottom of the pan in no time. I found using fingers to pat it on worked best. I found a few other blushes in other brands with the same color that are more pigmented so I probably won't rebuy this specific color, but the formula is really nice and lightweight. I did find that this makes a really nice lip color and have been using it for that, it kind of mutes your natural lip color and is really nice for kind of a 90's makeup vibe. It doesn't last too long but it feels really nice, like you are not wearing anything on your lips at all. I love it for that purpose, and I would probably buy other colors in this same product.
