I bought these for our charity to put in bags for hospitalized children to go on 2 ft Christmas trees. They are advertised as being 8ft long. The actual section with lights is barely 6 feet if you pull it super tight and straight and it’s actually probably less than 6ft. Then there is about a foot to a foot and a half of blank wire with no lights and then the battery box. If you are relying on these to be 8ft I would not recommend purchasing them. ... show more
