Bought this replacement and it worked just as good as the original one. The straps are adjustable by turning the little button on the side. The top part that goes on head has a thick and soft PU leather strap so it doesn’t hurt the head at all even after a long period of time. The built in battery makes it convenient for players to play continuously for a better gaming experience, and the device does not heat up after a period of time. Safe and valuable product!

The first time it was delivered to another state, the second time it was delivered to the right place and then it was returned and I did not get credit for it. Being retaren't because it was returned by the Post Office. My Post Office box is where. I had the device delivered, but when we got there, they said it was missing a location code for the Post Office to be able to put it in my name and they could not find what that number was so they sent it back. So I purchased it a third time, so my son could have it. And I paid twice but received only one device in the end
