I bought this because I use my phone to listen to music all day and which alot of videos, and by mid day I would have to charge it, but with the case I can listen to music for 10 hrs and .y phone will still be at 100% and only after about 13-15 hrs does the case die and my regular phone battery start to slowly go down. If there were other colors I would give this a 5! Why do these things only come in black? I have used these external battery cases for my last 3 phones. I travel a lot where I need to use my phone and these cases are fabulous, I never need to worry about where I can find an outlet to recharge PLUS they protect my phone! This case is awesome. The case has kept my phone charged at 100% for 10 hours so far. Someone posted false information that there is not an on/off switch. There is. It's a small button at the bottom of case, click 2 times to turn on/off. This is easily the best charging case I have ever owned. excellent price ... show more

One of the seal tabs was not there but you could see the remnants of it, case was upside down in box and there is a hair on it, I didn't even bother to open the case....im not paying that much for something that is used

    • Charging issue - doesn't charge phone when plugged in
I have my phone in the case, and plug the case into the charging cable (not included) and it simply starts to charge the case. This battery case is a replacement for a ZeroLemon case that I used for a few year before this. That case, when you would plug the cable in, would charge first the phone (pass through) then the case...as it should. This case only charges the case - so the phone went dead in the middle of the night and missed a meeting that morning because no alarm went off. Either bad design, or faulty product.
