This was for my 7 year old godson who absolutely loves everything Batman. It was no surprise that he loved this. The packaging is nice and clearly displays the helmet. It is an all black hard plastic mask with a yellow button on the right side. This makes phrases spoken by Batman as well as activates the voice changer. The eyes have a clear trim that lights up when you push the button as well as during your speech on voice change. I think this is a great product and would recommend it. I ordered this item from HITECH NOVELTIES. When it arrived it was shipped from Walmart, in a Walmart box with a Walmart label. This is definitely my fault for not looking around. I took my kids to the local store to buy them a prize for doing good at school and helping out at home only to find out it's cheaper for me to buy it on Amazon. I talked them into waiting. I see long faces but I meant to teach them the value of money. We get stuff where it's cheaper. He was super excited when this package came. It was worth the wait ! Batman's voice sounds so real as the lhelmet's light comes on. When my little boy talked , it turns his voice to batman sound. He loves it! Sturdy and not cheap looking. My boy is a big fan of Super Heroes. This is a great toy. His friend immediately asked his mom to buy one for him too lol not good but as long as you use toy as a reward, it will be worth it. ... show more

My son was so happy with this mask! It is a bit heavy, but it works great and holds up! Very durable and great quality! It talks and the eyes light up! The voice changer on it is super cool! We've had a lot of fun with this mask. Highly recommend! We've had it for about 3 years and it has lasted through all the rough play and drops! This is a fun mask for younger kids. Anyone older will be disappointed by how muddled the voice gets but most reviews of voice changing toys seem to be pretty similar in this point. My nephew loved how it lit up around the eyes and had its tough guy phrases. It also didn't seem to bother him that his voice wasn't coming through very clearly. I wish the straps to secure the mask weren't so difficult - especially for a kid that wants it on and off so much! The mask was made of good material, seemed durable, and had some measures inside with padding and such to try to make it comfortable. I'm glad I gave it away as it's quite loud. Wish there was a switch to take it down a notch! ... show more

Received right on time....the mask is amazing both great for my 2 sons...one is 2 n the other 6 and they both can play with and easy to use. Although it obviously fits my 2 year old a bit big its still adjusts enough to where he can also wear it! The mask has a voice changer n the boys enjoy it soooo much....definitely recommend and its very sturdy got it for christmas and boys hve given it a beating and its still intact...great toy.. ... show more

Loved every second of it (and I'm an adult)! Halloween 2016. Voice changer and the eyes lighting up are the best features.. and it made it the best batman mask everywhere I went to. If I had to criticize it.. I would just say that sometimes I wished the volume was higher since it was sometimes hard to notice the voice changer when I was in the middle of a huge crowd.. it sounds great in any other situation (sometimes they cant understand u though.. but u just have to speak more clearly) and the straps on the mask could be better.. but for 20 bucks.. I still give this 5 stars! ... show more

    • Cool but need to improve
My kids used it to go Trick-or-Treat last night and came back with a few feed backs. I tried it on and what they said was true as describing below. Pro: Cool design and It does what it says. It acts like a mini megaphone with a distorted sound circuit. Con: Minors: Traps in the back are easy to be dis-attached by accident. Voice of people standing near by can activate the mask also (the micro is a bit too sensitive). The eye holes should be a little bigger for better visibility. Major: When the LED lights around the edge of eye holes are turned on, it causes glare into my eyes and I can hardly see what is in front me. My kids ended up lifted the mask up a little to look thru the bigger hole which designed for nose and mouth, otherwise they could not see dark street last night. ... show more
