This company is very responsible and responsive. I had previously reviewed this item based on the fact that the helmet I received did not have the appropriate sticker certifying that it met the Dutch standard NTA8776 as advertised. BATFOX sent me the certification papers as well as a new helmet with the appropriate stickers inside. Because this helmet meets the U.S., European AND Dutch standards, it is an excellent choice for safety for both regular bikes and e-bikes at an affordable price and I will be presenting it as such in our bike and helmet safety presentations in school, communities and television. Measure your head before ordering to make sure it will fit as the helmets offered on this site come in only M and L. Once you place the helmet two finger widths above your eyebrows, making sure it is level on your head, tighten the wheel in the back. Shake your head "yes and no". The helmet should not move. If it does, it is too large so size down! ... show more

Helmet has small dent, sun visor is not same color and is too small for helmet/ will not fit/snap in place. Would like an exchange as I actually liked the helmet. ****UPDATED AS OF APRIL 5 2026******* I did an exchange for the defective helmet. It’s comfortable magnetic face cover is nice but the visor I cannot get on. Quality is good all except the visor part I cannot attach. Adjustment is awesome.
