I hate to paint. I decided to try a power sprayer so after some research decided on this one. Didn't want to spend a lot of money on a sprayer cause I wasn't sure it would change how I feel about painting. Did I mention that I hate to paint? Received sprayer, read instructions and did my first spray. I was beyond excited. Wow why didn't I do this sooner The gun was easy to use and did not cause any issues. No spitting or dry sprays. The spray pattern was perfect. I used both the horizontal and vertical patterns. I was truly amazed. Very little overspray. The clean up was easy and simple. My only issue was there was not a chart for the run out time for latex. I had to experiment with the dilution percentage. Works very well. I painted my garage and front doors flawlessly. The additional and adjustable nozzles are a definite plus. Can't think of many improvements, I would like to order extra container sealing pads if possible. It came with one extra, but it seems like it should be changed with each paint job, especially if using different colors. ... show more

I'm not a crafty or handy person, I hate painting, I can't stay inside the lines, so figured a paint sprayer may be quicker to paint the things I need to. First impression- A little heavier than I was expecting, but it does have a quality feel to it. Its not heavy to where you can't hold it for long. During my first usage-I was happily impressed even though it sprays more like a textured pattern which was OK for the certain things in my house that I was using it on (like my interior walls). I tried different nozzles but couldnt get the right one to get a smooth finish. When the little hole gets plugged with paint, it starts spitting out debris onto whatever your painting which doesn't look good and have to stop to clean it out because the brush doesn't really help. After the first use, it was time to clean out the paint container-SO PAINFUL! This took me longer to clean than to paint. I saw AMAZON had these plastic liners to put in there for easy clean up, i thought it was fabulous but couldn't get them in a reasonable time. After some research, I saw that people use ziplock bags as an alternative. I used the Ziplock freezer quart size since its thicker-DISASTER. The paint sparyer does get hot (not burning hot) and I guess the paint container does too because it melted my ziplock bag inside and I had a mess to clean up, which defeated the purpose of easy clean up. Decent little machine for the price. Could use better instructions on how to use it. The electric cord is short, and the clean up is daunting. ... show more
