Day 2 and two holes. Baseball tore right through the big hole and baseball is lost in the woods. Update: The company contacted me and sent me a replacement. Customer service was very easy to work with. Unfortunately, two of the poles were broken with the replacement. Luckily, I was able to use two poles from the original cage I purchased. Also, unfortunately, the replacement has a hole in it after just 4 hitting sessions. The cage is just not as durable as the description states. Or we just hit the baseballs to darn hard, but, that’s what you want to do. I would love to change this to a 5 star review because of the awesome customer service. But, I’m going to have to stick to 1 star. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Seems to be ok for a 12 yr old softball player but has blown down twice in light breezes so it seems a little light as the plastic hooks snapped in half which isn’t a big deal to just tie a knot but otherwise ok for the money. Update after a couple months: spend more time setting back up after ANY breeze or rain. A few of the plastic clips have broken off that anchor the string to the ground pegs which shouldn’t happen and it ends up in a pile on the ground. ... show more

    • Worked very short term then broke. No durability.
Was great for a while. After less than a year one of the poles snapped, holes in the netting and the broken pole poked through the sleeve.

I hate doing this because the company sent me a replacement after a defect in the first. They were very accomidating and polite. I bought this as Christmas gift 5 months ago. My 13 year old only uses it on the weekends. Yet, a pole broke after my son hit a ball into it. I wish I could return everything and get my money back at this point. Very disappointing. ... show more

Was not too hard to set up. Purchased the 30’ batting cage. Installed it by myself in about 40 minutes. Would have been easier and faster to set up with a second person. Seems sturdy after installation. I am happy with the purchase. Don’t have to chase balls any more, except for the couple that make it out of the pitching machine hole, but that is to be expected. Bad quality, does not hold up well. Hard set up.
