Description

Product description Barska Multi-Rail Electro Sight Cross IR Reticle Rifle Scope, Black, 1-3x30 - AC11396 Barska's Multi-Rail Electro Sight is designed specifically for tactical shooters who need a versatile scope for both short-distance acquisition shooting and medium- to long-distance shooting. The scope is equipped with integrated Weaver-style 7/8-inch Picatinny tactical rails, which allow you to customize the scope with additional aiming accessories, such as a laser sight, flashlight, or secondary sight. For example, a laser sight helps you zero in the scope at a short distance (50 yards) and then zero the scope reticle in at a longer distance (100 yards). This allows you to instantly shoot targets at two different distances. Other features include an IR cross reticle, adjustable rheostat settings, and external tactical-style windage and elevation adjustments. The Electro Sight riflescope includes an IR cross reticle. • Good solid scope
I put this on my Marlin 30-30 lever action for deer hunting. Scope is great the 1x4 adjustable mag works flawlessly and the powered illuminated crosshairs show up great in low light. Was easy to zero with the Hornady ammo. Only donwside is it is a little heavy, but hey, just get stronger! Great affordable scope. ... show more

  • Exceeds all expectations...
Barska has truly hit a homerun with this product. I, as well as most people attracted to the Barska Electro Sight line of optics, were drawn in by the unique tactical look not found from most competitors. If you can get past just how good this optic looks, you will further realize just how well built and functional it is. The IR cross reticle, with 11 levels of brightness might I add, is so fine and clear in all lighting conditions that you would have to see it for yourself to truly understand. Even the lowest brightness setting is more than visible in a darkened room. What I feel is the greatest strength of this sighting system is the clarity of the cross reticle even when not illuminated. This almost entirely removes the need for backup iron sights, and will save you money on batteries in the long run (you can take your rifle out during the day or to a well-lit range without having to illuminate the reticle at all and still remain on target). The 3x zoom function pretty much speaks for itself. Elevation and windage adjustments are simple, can be done with the twist of a nob (no tools needed), and sustains zero well under recoil. All in all, this optic is very sturdy and well-built. The only con I would give this optic is actually due to the superior build quality: Weight. This optic will weigh down your rifle a bit, but you quickly get used to and compensate for the slight weight increase the same as you would any additional rifle attachment. The tactical, railed-out look of this optic is definitely not just for show. It is a very sturdy, very useful setup, that of which I currently have a full-size green laser attached to one of the side rails (you may have a pretty good idea of how awesome my rifle looks by now). I highly recommend this optic to anyone with a tactical assault rifle or carbine looking to get an optic with the benefits of both a red-dot sight and a traditional scope without having to swap between the two. Take it for what you will, but everyone who has seen my rifle has stated that my scope looks like it came with the gun straight out of the factory. You can't get more flush with a weapon than that! ... show more

  • Worst scope I've ever bought.
Don't make the same mistake I made. Some products get shitty reviews for a reason. In fact you should consider this a "zero star" review. - Knobs won't turn without a ridiculous amount of force (had to wear leather gloves to even try). - Horizontal line on crosshairs won't illuminate - Is NOT compatible with the Barska 3/5x magnifiers. Pathetic. Don't waste your money. ... show more

after mounting scope on rifle I noticed cross-hair were rotated slightly which is very distracting when viewing target. Barska wanted $25 and the cost of shipping it back before they would replace product. This will be $35 out of my pocket for a product that was defective. Not acceptable!!

  • Excellent scope
This Barska scope is a wonderful option for any rifle. With the features this scope includes for its price, it can't be beat! I currently use this scope in addition to a UTG Medium Picatinny Riser on an AR-15 rifle (when shouldered, my eye is a little too high for this scope, so I needed to raise it up just about an inch to be exact), and it has performed perfectly. This scope has a standard "x" cross hair, and can be illuminated red in 11 brightness settings. Even in bright sunlight, the illumination shows greats. The brightness is powered by a CR2032 coin-cell battery. Windage and Elevation are easily adjusted with aluminum turrets on the top and right side, no tools are required. To further customize the settings these turrets can be removed with a set screw and adjusted underneath. The zoom on this scope is 3x and works great, it is adjustable right in front of the main eyepiece. Additional Picatinny rails are included on the eyepiece, top, and both sides of the scope for added versatility. I do not have a laser sight or other optics to use, but there are plenty of slots for them if you choose to include them. The Picatinny mounting plate is also great on this scope- the hex-head adjustment nuts are permanently attached to the scope, so you don't have to worry about dropped parts when in the field. The only downside I can possibly think of for this scope is the weight. Since it is mostly heavy-duty aluminum, the weight of my rifle does feel noticeably heavier. It isn't heavy enough to be a bother though. Overall, this scope has performed excellently and I am extremely pleased with it. I have not had any reliability issues, even when firing .300 Blackout ammunition. It comes at a good price, with lots of great features. If you are interested in this scope I would recommend purchasing it. If you have any questions, please ask! ... show more
