I was looking for blackout curtains for my livingroom. Depending on time of day and time of year the sun will get in your eyes. We like to keep them open most of the time though. My style is country chic. I wasnt entirely sure these would go well in my livingroom or that my family would like them. Thankfully it worked out. The tie backs are not only cute but work great. As you can tell I have double curtain rods. That is the only downfall to these curtains. The spacing in-between the rods is small for the curtains to move freely. We did order them, and I accidentally ordered six pairs instead of four but that really wasn’t a big deal. Although when we opened them every single pack that we opened, just had this horrid smell I ended up having to wash them and hung them out to dry, but for some reason some of them still have a really potent smell and I just can’t hang them up inside right now. I’m gonna try to wash them again and see if I can’t get the smell out I don’t know what it’s coming from, but it’s almost like a wet dog smell. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Thick and sturdy curtains. Bought them to resize and replace the factory curtains in our RV. They do a good job at blocking out the light and helping keep the heat down in the hot summer months. However, do wish the black was darker… overall satisfied with my purchase!
